"Our wedding day was absolutely perfect thanks to Jen. Everything was organised for us and we didn't have to worry about anything. Jen created exactly the style that we wanted and I can't thank her enough for everything she did. From organisation to being there the whole time making sure everything was running smoothly. She coordinated with the Sheraton and our celebrant and was just amazing. I cant thank her enough and would definitely recommend Jen to anyone getting married. Being from Melbourne and organising a wedding in Port Douglas was a daunting task but Jen was just so brilliant and the day was perfect. Many thanks from both of us. x"

From offering her services for free to help me find a venue to working within my budget to help me create my perfect day. The service Jen provides is priceless. So many of my guests commented on Jen and how much they wished they had a Jen for their own weddings. I didn't think I needed a planner. My budget was tight and with a reasonably small guest list I thought I could have pulled it off myself. How wrong was I!!! Jen made my day effortless. "My husband & I decided to have a destination wedding in Port Douglas. We live in New Zealand & the thought of planning a wedding in a different country was very daunting. We reached out to Jen & although our budget was very tight, Jen offered us her services at a very reasonable price. Jen made it clear that we were able to contact her whenever, even when she was holidaying in Bali she was still working hard on planning our wedding. Jen was very patient with how indecisive we were, her attention to detail and organisational skills were a godsend for a very unorganised couple like us. All of her recommendations were perfectly suited to our personalities and requirements. She went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. She is so amazingly lovely and sweet and super responsive to emails/calls and went above and beyond to help in every way! It was a dream of ours to have a cruise across the great barrier reef on our wedding day and show our friends and family why we love Port Douglas so much! and Jen made this a reality for us! The food was outstanding and the atmosphere on the boat was amazing! The staff were all so friendly and ready to assist the whole time! We already have friends getting married in Port Douglas now and doing the exact same cruise! WHAT A DAY! THANKS JEN! I Highly recommend Ocean Weddings & Events!
